Ok so I have done my port forwarding and even uninstalled and reinstalled the DUST 514 beta. I still acnnot voice chat in my squad with ppl who are voice chatting and am lost at what to do next please help because this is really making playing with other pppl difficult |

Make sure you have Push to Talk off or are pressing the Talk button to talk if using PTT. Ensure you have voice chat enabled in settings and that the chat channel you are trying to use is enabled (green light on chat channel, press X to select). Also make sure your headset is working - go to Accessory settings in System settings on the PS3 XMB and test your mic.
If this is all fine then it's probably a bug which seems to be common for many, including myself. |

Those were the first things i tried it is super wierd tho because when dust is not loaded i got to accesories and check my audio device settings and my mic is working but as soon as i get into the merc quarters it is no longer working. |

I turned on voice and off push to talk and it resolved my problem -- i later learned that the keyboard ptt key is bugged. I think on the dpad its left, try that.
EDIT: OHH i also had to select the squad i was in, hit x, and choose "activate voice" to switch the audio to that specific channel. that was what took me the longest. |

also if you dont run a UVT you only have access to voice comms in squad and team ingame or in MQ local has no voice comms currently and every section needs to be enabled in order to speak as well as others to hear they need to have their comms turned on and PTT turned off.
but over the past few days comms have been kinda buggy.  |

Must be some sort of bug cause everyone else invmy squad hear's each other but no one hears me and i dont hear them |
