Ok been basicly a medic this time round and have been having issues finding the revive spot on fallen team mates , I think i might have found the issue . In one game a saw a team member die , he fell from the ridge to the base so the coast looked clear so i ran up and over the ridge to get to him , too late i saw the revive appear and go as i slid down to the fallen team member. On a regular basis i can go to a fallen team mate and have difficulty finding the revive spot if at all , now based on my observation above its starting to make sense sometimes someones killed and slides down a slope or gets blasted and the body is blown away meaning the revive spot is no ware near were it needs to be. I can only conclude that the revive spot is created on point of death not on final resting position and this needs to be changed for medics to be effective , every game i play there are times i get to a fallen and i am unable to find the revive spot , its frustrating for me and the fallen team member must think i'm a **** for not reviving him add this to the fact at times your in the heat of battle you don't want to be running around aimlessly looking for an invisable revive spot with incoming fire and / or snipers playing blat the medic. So ccp please correct this , players who have never played medics don't understand this problem and its needs sorting out.

It's a known issue and results from the ragdoll engine moving the corpse while NOT moving the syringe. I'm sure I have read that ragdol creates different body positions for every client as it is client sided and not server sided.
Oh and move to the cross on the syringe on the minimap or the spot where the hud syringe points. There's the Point of Death (POD). |

I think they're working on a fix for it so it shouldn't be to much longer that we have to put up with bad revives. |

Check the position of the body. I've found that the head is usually pointing in the direction the body flew, meaning that the feet are pointing toward the kill spot. Start at the feet and walk away and usually you'll find the spot quickly, provided they weren't hit by high explosives and really got some airtime. |
