Coming home from a party friday, playing drunk and inconsistently as I tend to do at 4 (CET) in the morning I still got 18-1, 11-1, 12-1 and 17-2. I dunno about the last game cause i fell asleep. Then again this saturday i started playing at 3 in the morning and the story is the same, I had 33-5, 28-1 and a "bad" game of 19-4.
So is it just the fact that there are lots of new US players without skills which I normally don't play against, or do I lag like crazy since I'm half a world away? I'm good but far from that good on average, and my aim gets way worse when I've had 2 bottles of wine. Does anyone have similar experiences? |

The lag would affect you more than them, they should have no problem killing ya... Maybe this has something to do with the 1000 new dusters? |

I play better when I've had a few, alcohol seems to give me energy and focus when dosed to the right amount.
But obviously too much and I can't even walk... but as with anything in life, there is a fine balance.

Before they brought in the Instant Battle system you could tell with ease where the better players were.
I used to play the US servers due to them being busy during my play time. The fact is most of them are pretty bad. I'd get a ridiculous K/D playing over there in comparison to the EU ones.
The only thing I will say is that US comms were far superior to the EU. They didn't seem to grasp AV at all however, at least on the EU servers they seemed to know that AV was in game. |

its the new nubs they are terrible even for just basic fps skills, though they have learned to play cat and mouse like everyone else does when they start shooting at reds.

So many people in the beta currently haven't used a ps3 before (bought one just for Dust... crazy fanboys), others just don't play FPS so can't aim/no awareness.
Basically, every half decent ex MAG player is killing it. You sir we're a good MAG player, which means that you are one of the top 100 guys based on skill. Heck, I see players I didn't think we're very good owning games. The Playerbase is a shocking, but getting better as more PS+ guys join I think. |

If you think about it, being drunk is like lagging in real life...

Iv never played mag and even now my tanks useless I still get like 5-6 kills per death with little to no skills in assault. |

So I'm basically on EZ-mode... (Laughs at his own joke and strokes his own youknowwhat)
To be quite honest, its just the occational sniper, sneaky shotfuck, tank, the sudden fatty that comes out of nowhere or a random nade that kills me. I can't remember the last time I died in a straight up duel vs an AR. They only get me when I have to fight 3-5 dudes simultaneously. And I'm not that good, my MAG stats will tell you that, its just too many bad peeps in the beta. |
