I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game but all i get on TWO DIFFERENT consoles is the white Playstation Move screen and then the game goes to a black screen indefinitely. I see the HD light flash a bit and then the system just hangs. Blank screen, cant use the PS buttion... I have to hold the power down for 5 secons.
Does anyone else have this problem? There must be an issue if it's happening on two consoles. |

Does anyone else have two systems that can try this? I saw another post in the forums similar to this one. It's pretty ridiculous you cant play the game on another system. |

I wonder if when you install and log on to the CCP servers, there is MAC address tracking, which would prevent you form using the same copy (Beta key) on more than one machine. |

This is exactly what im thinking. Or something just like it. I even mentioned it in the support email but got no reply concerning it. Every email reply to my support ticket is handled by a different person, and they all seem to have different ideas or no idea what the problem might be. I really think it has something to do with the PSN and your device's MAC or ID.
This is def a bug because if someone gets a new system they cant play the game. |

I have two PS3s (a fatty and a slim) and have successfully played on both without any problems. |

Really? What did you do on the second system? I went to the store and went to my past downloads and redownloaded. Perhaps i should try entering the beta code?
I have three fat 60gb systems (dont ask lol. one is a friends and another i traded someone for). I can only play the game on the first system.
I wonder why you can play on both. Another person posted a thread on here said the same this as me. The game goes to black on his spare system. |

My system stays on. I think you're issue is overheating. Thats happend to me before when i had my system on for too long and not well ventalated. Red light blinking is usually overheating... google it and you should see other people with the issue. Dust is a very intensive game. If you feel confident, or have PC building experience, you can look online for tutorials to clean the ps3 fan and apply new thermal paste. |

I didn't do anything special. Just downloaded from my past downloads and installed. I've had it installed on both systems since May, so it might be something new. I haven't played on the other in a few weeks, I'll give it a try this evening and let you know how it goes. |

There are also aftermarket fans for the fat that work quite well. The attach externally to the side/top exhaust and plug into the external USB. I have as of yet found problem with these.
That said the after market fans that attach to the front of the fat or slim are crap and should be avoided IMHO. |
