You see, whenever I use a Nanite Injector (Militia Grade) I cannot just walk over to a person and revive them. I need to specifically target a limb such as the leg or arm. Is it supposed to be this way or am I just missing something? |

Is it supposed to be this way or am I just missing something? When someone dies, the server records their position at time of death, then the client does the rag-doll animation stuff; as each client will produce a unique rag-doll animation, and thus a different body position, the server thinks the body is in a different location than the model displayed in your client would suggest. As the sever side location is the position is common to all clients, this is what the nanite injector uses, the net result being that you have to inject somewhere that might be nowhere near the actual body. |

Makes sense, but it would be a tad bit better if they "fixed" this issue. |

Thank you for the damn fine analysis and explanation, Villore. The world now makes a bit more sense ;) |
