Maybe you can get a logic to repair your tanks now? You say it should take teamwork for AV to destroy a tank. But it should also take some teamwork to keep that tank up. And we really need to understand that this game is not complete. I am hoping that people will still roll tanks but with a good logic with them. Now maybe the repair guys can get some good SP. |

I solo 2 marauders last build in minutes also. I killed some standard hav solo this build, after av nerf. Got a sagaris too, watched were he ran to hide when damaged. Went and hide behind cover with breach forge charged, other av damaged him and he runs right to my ambush for coup de grace.
An over nerf of hav nerfs av builds, since they have no targets and thus no reason to be.
The turret splash change seems good, the improved av seem good, the change to hardner's seems overboard. As I understood it, the stacking penalty wasn't applying, if it is fixed and new lower resits it is to much of a nerf to ehp. Fixing stacking penalty would be enough.
Next build speed is getting cut so they won't be able to run also.

Well. I can see why people don't like this but they're going to fix it again after enough complaints and stuff. What I'm loving about CCP so far is that they listen and look and test. I've heard them being so connected to their players before but being one of those players, I gotta say it feels pretty good.
Anyways don't twist your panties too much. Most likely in the big update, 9-22 right?, they'll be fixing both the tanks and the dropships. Imo as I've said before all they should've done was just change the turning speeds of the weapons and of the vehicle itself. Being slow giants, behemoths, whatever they're weakness is their size and speed.
Now Dropships should be fast and very maneuverable but at the same time they should only hold so much power. To stop them from being taken down by swarms so quickly they need something like a chaff or disruptive wave that would make them "unlock" their lock on. Either that or let their speed be what helps them evade (simply just make it so the swarm isn't 100% lock on). Imo they should implement both ideas if they consider. The more options the better in Dust right?

and now ccp ban the tanks from deathmatch...or give me the server browser that i have the choise not to play deathmatch and im happy...
