Ok, I've been playing dust now since the start of the E3 build and the squad and group functions of this game have been either not present or broken since then.
Every time I try to form a squad to jump in a game someone gets left behind. usually its everyone but the squad leader who seems to be the only member that gets drawn into a game after selecting quick battle.
Does anyone else run into these problems and is there any known workarounds.
Tried posting in bugs threads but no one reads those things.

It does happen from time to time but my squad has had some "relative" success recently.

it is annoying but it seems to work for us, not sure if it is just placebo though...

1) all squad members full power off PS3
2) all reboot game
3) form a squad (no adding skills or purchasing from the market or adjusting your fittings)
4) enter battles finder and play
5) Once someone becomes invalid as it is inevitable, that person does a full PS3 shut down and reboots. Other squad mates go back to merc quarters, add skills and purchases from market and adjust fitting etc.
6) go back to step 1...all squad mates full power off and reboot.
7) rinse and repeat

*do not level up skills, purchase from market or adjusting fittings without rebooting immediately after*

++ Just something that works for us and sometimes we only get two games and sometimes we have gone for 2 hours...

What about the fact that you can't even gather more than a single squad, that is when it actually works, into a match.

I know with the next major update that there will be the transfer to Tranquility along with the availability of Corp formation. The thing I ma concerned about is that with the corp formation, how the hell do people plan to play with more than 3 (three) of their corp mates/brothers/sisters if you can't even link squads together, let alone form an entire team and enter a battle as such?

And this doesn't even take into consideration that they should have kept the 6 person squad because, what the hell I ma supposed to do with the fourth wheel if we deploy any vehicle except a dropship?

Well I tried turning to my left three times while rubbing my left nipple with my right hand at the same time holding a grape between my butt cheeks, didn't work though.
