Where are you guys?
I thought Gallente were some of the bravest, and brightest pilots out there? >.> We're letting the Caldari, and others, troll our titles right!?!? Am I the only one who taste the irony here! We need more dropship pilots, more HAV pilots, and more LAV pilots!!!

I'm Caldari, but right now I'm mostly flying a Gallente dropship.
It's because with randoms, I want a CRU so I don't have to land for people who may or may not get on since no one's ever on comms. A CRU takes up high slots, so an armor tanker is better for this role, since the tank goes in the low slots.
A Caldari dropship would be better for damage or speed, on the other hand, since those modules go in the low slots, and the tank goes in high slots.
That and my EVE character is Gallente, so I'm still used to that way of thinking about things. I'm trying to adjust to this silly "shields" thing. |

I've only been playing a week, give me time to get my basic skills up to scratch and then I shall take to the skies. My name is Hawk after all, it would be against my nature to remain on the ground for too long. I've actually got about 10 Eryxs from loot that I can't use yet, which is annoying.
I did buy a militia tank a few days ago too, just to try it out. It got killed in 1 match, but I made about 70k profit and a nice bit of sp on it, which was nice. |

Caldari boats are big shield tankers. and shield tanking is by far better than armor tanking. once the shield goes down they have a lot more time to run away. once armor goes down. it's dead. |

I commend you sir! When I do have the SP, I will join you up there but for now I am just a infantryman. |
