I would like to know if I'm able to refund what i've bought in dust. I've bought the merc pack and aur and have not really used any of the AUR.
The reason I'm concerned about being able to have a refund is because at the moment the game is unplayable. I've been for more than a month now been unable to play due to invalid fittings. I've tried re-installing today but the same outcome. It seems I'm just one of those unlucky ones. So, if for some reason this issue will not be resolved by release, it would only be fair to refund me on an unusable product. right?
Can someone who might know, let me know the situation on refunds? thanks in advance |

Have you emailed [email protected] ? If you ALWAYS have invalid fittings you may have a glitch in your actual character that they can fix. |

i know other people have been asking as well, not sure if they did as they have paid for stuff to use in a beta and it and guess what they got items to use in the beta, you have not paid for the beta, the merc pack with beta access was a bonus
anyways email [email protected] and ask |

I'm pretty sure they'll be some law or such stating your due a refund if the product is faulty.
I don't know for sure, but it'd seem perfectly reasonable that if the game was released in it's current state that you should be able to claim a refund. At this stage, it's a very faulty product but there's plenty of time for them to fix it before release.
There could be however some law preventing you from doing so. If there's something in the T&C's stating that you've knowingly spent money on a faulty product then I'd presume CCP is safe, otherwise you've got a case.
On a side note, your not one of the unlucky ones with the bugs. Everybody is suffering from them and it's getting beyond tiresome. I spend more time rebooting a night than testing lately, it's gone beyond meme status at this point. |

it's a beta, these issues will be fixed in the next build... what? did you expect, a fully functional game this early on?

agreed, every wipe the aur gets refunded to you. next build is going to be leagues better than the current. these kinds of games have bugs all the time (look at dc universe) yet you pay for what you get. the game itself is bugged, but not broken.
You'll be hard pressed to get a refund tbh |
