When looking at a weapons stats, does it account for skills (weaponry, sniper rifle op) when showing how much damage it does? Or do you have to do the math yourself? |

I'm pretty sure we're only seeing the base stats. Break out the calculators. |

The stats on the market only show their baseline.
I don't recall seeing any stats on the fitting screen, yet, if or when they are there, they should be taking any bonuses and penalties into account. |

Say you have a weapon that does 100 hp damage, you get sniper rifle op I, you now have 105 hp damage. Well when you get sniper rifle op II is that 5% of the base stat or 5% of 105? Same question for shield management. |

5% per level means (level * 5%)*basestat So it's 5, 10, 15...%
