I have a Logitech f540. It's a wireless headset (not Bluetooth). I can't get voice to work in the game. I know that it works as voice works fine when I check it in the ps settings. I have voice turned on and push to talk turned off. I also set it so that the voice is enabled for the squad but the game says that the connection was unsuccessful reconnecting.....

Try restarting the game, it usually works for me when me and my friend can't voice chat. |

yea I have restarted the game and system several times. I just got my beta key recently and it has not worked at all the whole time. I finally figured out all the different things you have to select to activate it but I get an error that Voice chat disconnected reconnecting everytime i log on. |

Do you have to buy Voice packs in the beta?
Those do cost AUR, it's 1 AUR for 30 Days. So, i think it works out to half a cent. |

No you don't have to buy voice packs. Those are Universal Voice Transmitters that allow you to use the Universal Chat (I think). As long as your in a squad, you should be able to hear and talk to anybody else in that squad. |

my friend had same problem he had an eyetoy pluged in he unpluged it and rebooted and worked fine took us 2 hours to figuer that out |

I have found that your teammates will like you more if PTT is turned on. Not to attempt to troll or anything. Just I have learned more about squadmates than I should (when bedtime is, one had a gf/wife think he loved the game more than her, those types of things). This may also solve your not wanting to work right issue. I did notice that with a bluetooth headset the headset would lose connection at odd times, so went back to my old wired headset and no more issues. |
