If you're going to upgrade your drive, you may as well get the SSD. I heard the pop-texture is lessen, and loading your loadouts are more responsive. |

That is hard to say, since CCP will keep adding stuff and content to the game continuously as long as they develop DUST.
This game isn't one of those 'normal' games that get released and then thats it untill next game in seriaes pops up. It'll be constantly evolving.
Edit: At Fanfest they said that at that time they had 5 years worth of material to add to the game. |

This is just pure speculation, but at point where CCP decides that it is time to 'release' the game and go out of beta testing size could maybe be around 5-7GB and after 3-5 years down the line that size could propably be somewhere around 10-30GB |

Yea, but the thing is that in eve you don't have to spend diskspace to save all those beautifull texturess and geometry data etc.. It you look at EVEand compare it to other games then there is apparent distinction of the quantity of textures.
Don't get me wrong EVE is beautifull, but empty space doesent take that much to texture. |

I agree on the HD listed above. This what I am currently using. Good price also.
As for HD space used I'd say +10 GB when all is said and done. |
