I guess to paraphrase that a little more:
A. The move of EVE players to Buckingham is temporary, and they'll be back on Singularity with us at some point.
B. First Mass Test of live orbital strikes will be conducted next Tuesday [TENTATIVE DATE] on Buckingham against CCP Dust players.
C. Changes to the Destroyers to allow them to perform strikes will be coming in 2-3 weeks.
D. There is currently a counter in the upper-right corner of every chat channel in EVE that shows how many EVE and Dust players are in a channel. (on Buckingham)
There were only 14 EVE players on the entire server during that conversation, so get your characters in there if you have them, or tell your EVE friends if you don't. |

If you check the Dropbox link, he went into more detail and insisted you be referred to as Nova Fox whenever I'm on the test server.

Also I think its saturday there and even though CCP nothin said they're working today I doubt it be late day.
As for the question though I take it you want test server clarification?
It seems the ground work is and infrastructre is already in for OB from eve ships it was stated on patch notes.
So its highly possible for eve ships to OB us now if and when they get the tools. This server shuffel is at most going to last two weeks or less.
Unless ccp dust 514 side reupdates us we're still moving to tq for next build. Which is now placing itself at end of the month. |

Oh I think its more along the lines that they honestly dont know. shanghi is on the other side of the planet for them, they really can't call them in middile of thier sleep to ask a few questions. |
