I am not a fan of this latest build's rate of stamina depletion or regeneration. There are some maps, the more urban ones especially, where you literally need to jump 2+ times in a row to go over an obstacle like a wall.
Forcing the players to jump....wait.....jump.....wait....(still waiting)...jump just to clear them is not fun or immersive. It was a band-aid fix based on complaints over people jumping in combat. |

Don't sprint everywhere, so you'll have stamina if you need to jump.
I've never run out of stamina just from jumping twice. |

While it does prevent bunny hopping, it is still a rather clumsy mechanic. On the other hand, unless they come up with a good alternative system, it works. |

I haven't noticed any difference this build... I like it. It isn't really needed though. You can't strafe jump. So I'd be happy with 1 extra jump per bar. |

I kinda see what he means. Sometimes youre required to jump over even little bumps in the ground for no apparent reason.
Jumping shouldn't be fixed, ******** invisible walls in the ground and around topography should be fixed. |

I'd rather the jumps be unlimited and instead be animated in such a way as to get you killed if you tried it in combat. |

I'm of the opinion that all aspects of the stamina system are fine, and that the issues is more one of jumping having a define height, and being an inch or so off makes you miss. I guess they could try something like Crysis 2, which allowed you to vault ledges you could reach with your hands up. Honestly, that would make sense given the stated abilities of our suits. It should obviously be within limits, as I doubt CCP is trying to turn this into Brink. |

Perhaps jumping while against an object could be free. or Reduce stamina to jump, and remove up/down limit to weapon speed to prevent bunny hop. left/right weapon movement is part of suit balance, up/down is not, so removing it would only hurt bunny hopping. Have a setting under controls to adjust up/down reticule speed. |

Just to perform the basic ability to traverse the map, I do not feel you should be forced to stare at your screen or fit different modules. In slots that tend to need a cpu mod and armor rep too, by the way.. |

In MAG, you have unlimited jump but you have to wait 2 seconds before proceeding another jump. For this current build, let's wait until everything is smooth out. I'm not saying I'm against to this, but lets wait for a while if this becomes a problem. What I hate about bunny hopping is for Light suit with a shot gun. |

Althought there are many places that stop stamina from ever recovering till the right spot is found to land. That needs looks at other then that stamina deplete / regen is fine as I see it. |
