So I went to Las Vegas for the weekend and was away from DUST. I get home, and turn on the trust PS3 to find that the posts I read were disturbingly true.
SO, I have a few questions to ask CCP:
1) why the nerfing on the suits? Besides the increased cost for the increase in CPU & PG, what else is the point of advancing to the upper tier suits? I am sure as hell not going to pay the excessive cost of the suit just to get some added CPU & PG and NO additional protection. If this is because everyone was complaining about balancing issues, the they should play anything related to EVE IMHO. It is about strategy and team work. No the soloist or COD gun bunny.
2) So I had 60 AUR bought Stormside RODEN AR's and since I bought them and you took them away, can I get my AUR back????? Because if I can't or you won't give me back my 60 Roden's, to say the least I would feel VIOLATED by this theft is an understatement.
3) With all this "balancing" going on and the constant changing of stats on this non-faction related gear in a very limited market seems aimless and undirected. So what is the point behind all of this?
Any and all answers are greatly appreciated, especially from the devs or from those that have taken the time to find out through the innumerable other channels that people have had to sift through.
Thanks folks, before hand.
EDIT: Had to adjust the title due to a slippage on my part. SORRY |

The items bought on the market before they were removed are still on your inventory. You just can't replenish them.
This is a beta. You are really not entitles to a reimbursement of spent AUR, as you WILL get ALL your purchased AUR refunded upon the next reset. Btw, a CCP dev hinted that the next build will require a reset, but that it will most likely be the last, so start savouring your AUR,

prices will be adjusted, stop being a girl and wanting to have huge advantages over lower tier players. man up and get some gun game. game is still about strategy and teamwork , in fact even more so now that proto gods can take out small grps by themselves
stop moaning, get good, enjoy having only a slight advantage now
PS: inb4ppltellmeskillup been a standard suit user the past 2 builds and my kd keeps rising....over 4 now and still not a proto suit dependent nub |

The suits provide more CPU and Power Grid to give more protection or gank if you wish.
Idk why they removed the AUR high tiered gear. |

Listen, I was being kind in the request for clarification. As for your commentary and approach in informing me of your viewI didn't ask for nor do I give a sh*t about. I didn't request nor infer the idea that I was in need of a but of a chewing from people I don't know, let alone some random jackass that thinks all posts come from some one that is whining or trying to maintain any kind of advantage.
I have been rolling around in standard gear fro several builds, and I don't need any smartass comments about putting together "gun play." On the contrary, team work and gun play is all I work on. So before you go ahead and speak from your sphincter, please wait for that loud POPPING sound. That will let you know that you removed your head from your lower intestinal track and have gotten your ears pass your butt hole.
As for the other responses that were not written by three year olds, I thank you. |

They only removed the Roden AR, and a couple of other "normal" prototype versions of other weapons. As for the suggestion that they will be in my assets, I have confirmed the previous insertion that they are currently available if I bought them, but they are no longer available on the market.
But supposedly the removal was for the issue of changing the cost and adjusting the balancing on the weapons. But that is just conjecture. WHO KNOWS with CCP. |

I just played a couple of matches with the RODEN before I came on the forums and it was all wrong and so I think the nerf has been implemented. |

They were removed because they were prototype items with lower pg and cpu requirements than the isk variants making them better than any of the isk items and CCP have always stated that the game would not be pay to win. |
