I was wondering if it would be possible to include a spot in the marketplace to allow players to convert either their ISK to AUR or AUR to ISK. I was thinking about this the other day only because I seem to run out of ISK faster than I do the AUR. I do believe that I am not the only player that runs into this, and I think that it would allow for better battles among the players. If it is possible to do, I would like to request that it be included into the next patch of the game. |

If it's anything like EVE then when the game goes live people will sell their Aurum gear on the market for isk. |

It's going to be a sad day when people are forced to pay cash for space gold just to trade it for virtual isk in order to afford their shiny tanks and dropships because of costs.
Not saying it will happen but if it does..... I'll bust my gut laughing. |

DUST may just end with a higher player base then EVE, selling DUST AUR gear for isk may work out better in the long run for buying PLEX with isk, allowing a person to play EVE for less then a subscription.
If a DUSTER wants quick isk, after game goes live, i'd suggest buying a PLEX (pilots license extension) for around $17 iirc, then selling it on the market for (?)450,000,000 to 500,000,000 isk. |

People do this all the time in eve.
The current conversion is about $18 for 500 million isk.
500 million isk is nothing btw. I just bought a skillbook for 350 million. My average *low* end ship costs 50mil or so. My average mid-range ship is 200-300mil.
why spend 10 hours grinding isk up if you can work 1 hour at a job instead and make the same amount? |
