I realize it is testing a beta, so I'm not gonna ***** about the execution of the event like a spoiled brat.
But in the future, a corp battle in an event like this shouldn't start with 4v16! So yeah, if you do another event like this, please make it a minimum player count of 12 or something. My lone squad can only do so much.... So just a request to have an option for minimum players needed to start a corp battle. |

That's how corp battles are going to be in nullsec. If you don't have the numbers ready when the time comes I will end very badly. |

I don't have a problem with that, but when it's an event like this AND it's not my corporation then it would be nice to have some mechanisms to make this a bit more playable for randoms. |

CCP gave everybody 4 days to prepare. Tronhadar Free Guard had no problems being ready when the time came. We had all 16 p[layers we needed in under 10 seconds. Players from Zumari Force Projection could have joined if they were online and prepared. |

Will there be a "minimum player requisite" when ti comes to fight for a planet?
I ask because since the nature of Dust map is not the one of a true sandbox MMO not having that requisite would be disastrous. |

No, the corp battles are not balanced. You fight with however many you bring, up to the player cap, so you better bring enough. There is no team balance in EVE why should there be in Dust?
If you want team balance the standard high sec battles will be balanced by the match maker as they are now. |

Because in null sec winning a planet will all be about attacking when the enemy is in minority, or missing, or sleeping, and sleeping in the real world.
I see planet it's empty, I attack , nobody arrives: I win because there are no minimum player requisite in null sec. I see another corp planet, there are are just 4 people online for that corp, and we are 32: we win. Yeay! 32 vs 32 planet? No thank you I can get a better profit attacking ten 12 players planet with my 32 player corp then have a fair fight and risk/loose more on 1 planet.
It will always be about winning a planet when it's least defended.
This was organized event but really I won't send to the enemy corp/planet a massage saying "I will attack between 10am and 13pm, with 32 pole can U be there in full force? No. Oh sorry...I don't care because this is a MMO and we are even in null sec! You planet is now mine, because you were in minority and I exploited this, bye!"
Everyone will do this, no actually everyone with a brain WILL HAVE TO DO THIS and it will be a nightmare all because minimum player requirement are not in place in null-sec. |

They probably won't allow you to attack whenever you want. You will probably be forced to fight all your corp matches during specific windows. It works well for World of Tanks, and and fighting battles for planets is better than waking up at 4 AM to attack a planet when probably no enemies are there to defend it. |

if we would hear CCP ideas on forums we could talk more in depth i hope its during certain times so we can get organized and not have 2 members online during the time but i also know this is an EVE game and from what i hear they enjoy the unfair type of things like its a real war and it sounds cool if ur the attacking team but if ur defending u will hate it we need more info |

Why have timed windows to do something in a MMOFPS? People don't play a MMOFPS to be stuck in a matchmaking like in any FPS or have timers to respect. Really PalnetSide is a 24/7 war and we should not be any less.
Every day I found an invisible wall, a limit or a division in place. I don't' see the "One universe, one war" here. |

I'm sure you'll still be able to drop into the quick battle whenever.
This is a CCP game. If you want to do **** that matters, that causes huge tracts of territory to change hands, you need to prepare and use strategy. IMHO that's closer to true war than any FPS yet. |
