Haven't played yet, but I believe it is when you play a game, and you get a minimum of 40k ISK.
Maybe they lowered it to 20k. |

Previously it was found out that milita gear you killed did not contribute to isk payout. |

There's definitely a tweak. If you noticed, there was a new download update of 6 files and I'm pretty sure that had to do with something about the ISK bump.
Prior to that download of the 6 files, I'd normally get 75,000-100,000 ISK per match with a win and about 50,000 ISK for a loss. I played about 5 games today and for the 3 battles that I won, I got about 175,000-210,000ISK. With the losses, I got 150,000 ISK.
I think it's a perfect amount imo. You get enough to purchase upgrades and still have a little left over to save up or spend however you wish. I think it's much better than what we were getting before. 
More "breathing" room if you wish. |

I have gotten 20k in a match before the hot fix. |
