This build is so bad, so unstable, and so frustrating that all you achieve at the moment is to alienate everyone. The servers are clearly not ready for 24/7 operation, and this build is clearly not ready for testing Corp battles. Testing anything new with everything that is wrong with the current can not possibly give you any reliable benchmark for performance and participation. |

You've clearly never tested something before have you?....
When you fix multiple things in a beta, typically you find you break something else in the process. That's what we're here to do, break it the game. Not enjoy it. |

I agree, they should close down the servers and do more testing to figure out these damn bugs. |

Yeah, its annoying to restart every two matches to keep stable, but when you tell the players that come after you, "I was in the beta" you can regale them with your story of woe and hardship placed on a game that would be at that point, truly excellent. And like the military forces that came before you, you'll be slapped on the shoulder and be told, "Thanks for your service." |

I've tested plenty of software. good and bad. Usually when the code becomes a liability for the testers hardware or setups, the test is shut down. |

I have hardened the kitten up. I'm protecting my assets by shielding them from potential harm
To you and Sha Kharn Clone, see if you are as happy after having to reinstall everything because the game trashed your HDD beyond restoration. It hasn't happened, yet. But with every catastrophic crash, the risk of it happening increases, and I don't recall anything in the NDA or EULA about CCP replacing broken consoles. |

Using your logic against you, I postulate then that said code has not yet been a liability for anyone since, 1) testers are still testing, 2) hardware and/or setups are not being damaged(its a simple computer that PS3), hard lock ups don't damage the hardware, 3) the company is still making more money then its spending, or that it expects to spend and earn, or that it projects to earn and therefore, while a short term liability as all prospective games are, those in charge feel its a risk worth taking.
Calling them out on how they choose to spend their own time and money seems to be a 'holier then thou' attitude. |
