every tank ive seen on SMALL map AMbush hasnt faired too well, even dropships dont go too well on those Complex maps. |

Tanks in ambush = win tbh
Unless you can have a solid spawn point in a safe place with lots of ammo about just hope the tank comes to you on its own |

Too small? That map with the spires is massive. Besides, like an above posted said, small maps are a disadvantage for a tank. |

assault is tdm i won't be playing it when i have the choice, and it's getting annoying being forced into testing something and ending up as cannon foder. maybe if there were no tanks, and even then it's a nub gamemode.
and no small maps are not a disadvantage when you have rubbish maps/placements like massive hills overlooking resupply/spawn areas. |

Ahh it's making the rounds again... Yes, they should be allowed. The only restrictions that I'm in favor of is limiting the meta levels for high/low/null sec. Seeing how all of our maps are in nullsec, everything is allowed, so bring it all in. |

well then most people on here are not all that smart....... I'll have you know that I still don't have my HAV skills trained up yet. I've been running around with a gun and am already good enough to come out on top of several ambushes in my logi suit |

you are probably more help to your team in a logi suit than in tank well in skirmish |

What you need to realise 4447 is that most people on these forums are EVE players. This subject has come up before and is always jumped on by the tankers who will in their words '' defend their right ot tanks to the death '' .
Yes it's stupid having tanks in TDM especially maps with no supply depots, so you can't even change loadout to deal with them.
There are plenty of FPS players who know what is wrong with this so called FPS, unfortunately they are not on this forum.
So do not take what is said on this thread as a majority view by any means.  |

what if there's a tank only ambush? oh we can't, it would be more of an equal in the match.
