If you ever find yourself between matches and feeling like talking, you guys have access to the same Singularity channel for testers that we do, that is also commonly populated with CCP Devs, even though they are EVE Devs and now Dust Devs. Just an fyi. The channel name is just Singularity. |

If I understood correctly that chanel is populated with devs, eve players that are on sisi and some dust folks, so my question is is it free to talk NDA stuff in there? |

That I have no idea about. I guess I'd just tread carefully about specific details. I mean, vehicles and gear are obviously open for discussion, since they're in the EVE market now anyway.
EDIT: That's actually a very good point. Could we get some detailed clarification about what we are and aren't allowed to talk about now that we're integrated? I mean, for instance, if I'm in Singularity and I want to try and test out the cross-chat function with the UVTs, am I allowed to ask a Dust player in that chat about that? That seems like a dangerous gray area. |

I'm pretty sure that you don't have to worry about breaking the NDA from in-game |

ACTUALLY.........
If you connect via the EVE PC client, you are NOT under the NDA. If you connect via the PS3 DUST client you ARE under the NDA so you have to treat that channel as a public channel and you cannot speak of NDA covered items there. |

Basic english :
Talk and CCP rapes your account of everything adds to you a permablock list and kills your IP.
TBH we never asked to be joined to singularitys chat chanels that was CCP's clever idea. and thats where i think the NDA is INVALID. Why give us a chat chanel, then tell us we cannot talk about dust bugs and game problems in it, when we have done from the start.
i think we need to demand that CCP Clarify this . i brought this to the attention of everybody in the dust forum and had my topic stealth nerfed and removed.
