That is the Grand Wizard Assault Suit. You get access to it as a door prize for attending a certain rally, if you know what I mean. |

It's just the Type A assault suit. Nothing special.
Train up and buy one yourself.
The Type A suits for all classes are white so there's also a heavy, a logi and a scout. |
