Ok..
Now is 'fun' with ripping team or tanks in game....
What IF we make battlefiles as security status in EVE?
Eg. 1. milita gear 0.9 lev 1 modules ... 0.5 tanks 0.0 only aur items ;)
You can join what you please... Think about it. |

It would spread players out too much and greatly increase the time it takes to find a suitable match to play.
It would also make gear upgrades kind of pointless. Why bother spending that ISK on better gear if all it'll do is put you in a match with comparably geared enemies? The idea of earning ISK and spending it on items is that you can choose to spend ISK to give yourself an advantage in the game if you want, at the risk of losing it should you die.
CCP lowering the ISK rewards and upping item costs has gone a long way toward creating a more newbie-friendly game. People cannot run around in full prototype gear and dominate in such a way regularly. Most people are using fairly low-level gear usually. This is the path the game ought to take.
But, it's important to remember that part of the experience of getting killed by someone with better gear than you is the desire to get better gear yourself, to compete more readily. That's a good kind of feeling to foster in players. Once real contracts roll around, it will help keep things very competitive in that sense, as people will genuinely want the money payout they'd get from winning. |

Not much... Probably less then you must quit pointless match and restart your console. Security status work more or less in eve. Same here. |

Remember... CCP plan put here milions of players :)
For hardcore you can choose 0.0 matches For carrybears/casual is more to do in 1.0-0.5 Now is a little chaos...
CCP always says ..more risk ..more fun err... ISK ;)
