I don't think having accelerate/reverse on mapped to the control stick is a good idea, much prefer the trigger buttons for this (as in BF3) |

I find the current setup of piloting LAV to be terrible steering and speed on the same stick, lol the more you steer the slower you go the more you accelerate the less you steer???
i found out the hard way when i stacked my tank reverse into a rock and got stuck |

Yeah I find I find them so hard to control, so hard to drive well in this game. |

You just got to get used to it. It may be better with a different control scheme but with some practice you can do some nice LAV driving through narrow gaps or jump some hills. The problem I see is that it is quite easy to get stuck on some terrain or building if you aren't driving very carefully. |

Driving good despite bad controls is no reason to ignore this obvious problem |

Invalid Loadouts are problems as they are occuring randomly.
Suboptimal controls are more a nuisance. Yet everyone has to deal with them everytime people want to drive. In the end I agree that they are quite aching in the backside, but there are still worse problems than an overhaul of the controls.

Agreed but its better to let the problem airout until a dev comes on a thread like this and says ok we acknowledge its broken and its on the fix it list. Then we can all STFU. |

Maybe if we get mind-numbingly drunk and tried to drive, it'll cancel itself out, and you can drive straight? |
