With two million unallocated skill points.SP
Purchased skillbooks with ISK and they show up in assets but when trying to use I am asked to repurchase skillbook.
I.e lets try out a heavy weapon skill?
Forge gun Operation.
We go to market and purchase skillbook and then we try to use the skillbook to unlock the skill and nada!, zip!
Ten reboots later and the problems are still there??

I would have said, look at the perquisites. But if you've been on three builds, that would be redundant.

This might also be stupid then, but go to ALL skills, go to the one you wanted to use and select it there. That fixed it when I was having trouble. |

Thanks but tried that by pressing R2 and going to all skills and it still asks me to purchase the skill book so for LOLs I again purchased a skill book and still zip! it again!! asks me to purchase a skill book despite haveing three skill books purchased of that skill.
Sigh.
