I froze out of a match just now and last night. Both resulting in losing a tank. Tank was Gunnlogi... todays was when the servers went down for no reason about 20 minutes ago from 8:32 pm EST. The other was early this morning around 3am EST. My email I recieved from GM Rhyno sent me here but it was just in the forums. Didn't direct me to an actual post. Hope this is the right place for this. I normally wouldn't complain but tanks are so expensive in this build. Thanks for the help CCP. |

We've all lost millions in ISK worth in takes to disconnects (At least, those of us driving in tanks)
There's really no point in petitioning for reimbursement for ISK value stuff in the beta TBH. Just do what the rest of us do. Merrily grind until you disconnect again :) |

also lost about 600k isk due to the disconnect.....we had the enemy team redlined and i still lost my fit...
lost it at 8:14 pst. |

Well if this was live they would reimburst. However 50/50 chance would say the following.

I payed for it and lost it. You may not want yours back but I didn't even lose it to a person. It's not my fault, so I would like it back. Sorry if you don't feel that way. |

I've lost dozens of tanks to disconnects. So has everyone who drives tanks. Pretty much nobody loses their tanks to AV right now. (Because nobody is really running AV) As a tank driver, you should know this!
Unless there's a problem with purchasing or redeeming a merc pack or an aurum pack, there is absolutely no reason to petition for reimbursement in a beta. It's just a waste of customer support's time over something that really isn't an issue. Sure, it's annoying as hell to lose a tank, but this is like going to a candy factory and getting a free sample of a new lollipop flavor and then going back and asking for another one because a bird flew down and stole it from you, and subsequently choked on it as it flew away.
They could probably give it to you, but the point is you're testing out something cool and you shouldn't feel entitled to anything :) |

i lost a 'mare to a disconnect once, so if you get your tank back i think it should only be fair that i get my mare back. i didn't even buy it, it was a birthday present |
