The spawn system needs some work. I'm alright with the "TDM" and random spawning. It's the "Domination" variant that has the problem.
It is very easy to get spawn killed while in the DOM variant. It's also a HUGE waste of resources for, not only me, but everyone else on my team. I don't feel like getting killed by a sniper, tank, or precision strike before I'm out of the spawn area.
Why not take ques from other games? BF3, for example. If you're getting spawn killed then randomly deploy/use a secondary spawn area.
Now for the AUR/ISK. We should be able to sell back what we have bought. I've made a couple purchase errors and ended up wasting a lot of AUR, which could have been used for something important. We should be able to sell back whatever we want at a 1/3 of the price. Or even 3/4 the price. Or, even better, full price. I have purchased the wrong dropsuits and I'm stuck with them now with only 1 AUR.
Also, an easier to understand skill system. Instead of having over 500.000 Skill Points, but only being able to spend 30,000, we should be able to spend all the skill points we accumulate. I have lots of Skill Points. I've kept track. But when I'm only able to spend 20,000. It really just turns me away from skill building altogether.
These are just my 2 cents though. |

While I haven't had a whole lot of problems with spawning, the algorithm does still need some work. I had one match where I spawned right into the middle of half a dozen enemies about four times.
For spending AUR, be careful when you're spending it. Why did you purchase the wrong dropsuits? Luckily you'll get it back in the next reset.
For the skill system, that's exactly what's happening. Your total skill points represents all the skills you've acquired plus the points you have left to spend. Do you just want them to remove the total number of skill points from the skill screen, so it only shows on the character screen? I can see that being a good idea. Then no one will get confused about how many points they have available to spend. |
