Because when being a sniper you can't snipe people when being right in the middle of a fight, and we don't have the best strong suite as the rest. -Could we get the Choose your Battle Finder back? Please and thank you!

Since you have legitiment requests you may want to place this in requests/feedback section so that the right people in CCP get a chance to see it.

I know you guys are giving some feedback but still...No biggy they could say yes or no. I'm just trying to suggest some things. It's not just the snipers it's for everybody..but I figured they'd know that. I don't mind the battle, but it's just the thing when you get spawned back into battle theres red dudes surrounding you, you can't move to get out of the way so you can shoot them.

I would be very surprized if in the final build we do not have the ability to have Squad Leaders pick the initial starting point for their squad and than set up uplinks to accomidate the different roles; be it snipers, heavies, or otherwise.

Ancaris Tenarre Seituoda Taskforce Command Caldari State 15	Posted - 2012.08.23 11:29:00 - [13] - Quote As an occasional sniper I felt like this might be a reasonable request at first, I've definitely been in matches where I've opted for an assault fitting just because I'm not confident that I'll get spawned in a place where I won't immediately die. However, it's really not that bad, and if anything probably too easy to get "lost" on the map. I've been in several ambushes where I was never directly confronted, and I haven't even leveled up dropsuit command. People are creatures of habit -- it's very easy to avoid areas where they normally are and get to the edges of the map quickly. Or, maybe even not the edge of the map; there are several situations where it's just as good, if not better, to AVOID the stereotypical sniper nests, because everyone will be looking for you there.

Please and thank you! In my opinion, this is not a good idea. three reason. a) Development time used to figure out a system for this to work is would be a waste. The system would also likely slow down deployment time. b) Its too cookie cutter for my liking, whats next all the heavies in the middle? Assault guys in the out middle. Logistics beside the assault guys? c) Why waste all that development time and potential complications, when the player could just manoeuvre themselves to the position the want like everyone else. This was either a good troll or a terrible idea. I can't decide which.

Please and thank you! I dont think snipers deserve special treatment there job is easy enough after getting to the sniper points. You do realise you have a sidearm weapon that may be very useful, i wouldnt run round a battlefield with a sniper out but a pistol/SMG may be useful until you're in your camp spot. IF they brought this in, they best make sure all Assault/Heavy and Logistics start a few feet behind the enemy snipers, it'll be no fun for anyone else if snipers start in the perfect snipe points. Would be like spawning lambs for slaughter and so would my counter of spawning behind sniper so hopefully you can see the stupidity of this request and go back to the drawing board. May as well ask CCP for an "I WIN" button and see how that goes .
