Been having problems with getting kicked from matches and losing my tank when it happens. I lost 3 tanks to the "middle of the match kick out glitch" yesterday and decided to give up for the day. It takes a few hours to save up for each tank and those few hours suck for a toon that has almost all SP in vehicle skills. I have contemplated snatching the hair off my head in frustration.
So, I woke up. Started workin on saving up the isk for another tank. Worked on it all morning. The first battle I got into after buying a new tank, AGAIN, KICKED OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BATTLE AND NO TANK IN MY ASSETS WHEN I RETURN TO MY QUARTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had not been kicked from a single battle until I got in my tank. WTH is goin on here???!!!!
3.2 mil wasted now. About 12 hours of play to save up for those tanks only to watch em disappear to some glitch! 4 tanks now gone poof!
Please fix this!
Anyone else losing assets when kicked out of battles?

Yes, please be more specific
What map are you playing. I'm finding that communication skirmish is the most glitching and can't ever seem to finish on that map.
I'm in the u.s how about you? |

My first thought is that you need to learn a lesson. It didn't take 1 or 2 times, but 4 times and you seem to have not learned your lesson. It's a glitch so don't continue to do what your doing expecting different results |

I'm leaning towards a router or internet connection, if it is that frequent...?
When you go to speedtest.net & pingtest.net do you have any packet loss?
Have you checked to see if your router has a firmware upgrade?
Have you checked your wires and any splitters on the coaxial feeding your modem?
When was the last time you power cycled your internet gear?
Are you wireless?

Why are you being a jerk to this guy? He actually saves for what he wants yet you say he did something wrong |

UPDATE: A tank survived the dreaded mid-match kick. I can only assume that the tank stayed in the battle when I was kicked and that another player started driving it and survived the match. Just a theory though.
In response, I have lost 2 tanks to the commo skirmish and I am also in the US. The most recent tank was in the commo skirmish. I am now done playing that match til it's fixed. Thnx for the heads up Taste.
And in response to Rafari, I played most of the day yesterday without experiencing that glitch. I clearly stated that I was giving up til after the server down time today. How do you expect me to test and see if it is still happening today without trying out a new tank? Keep thinkin yer doin a wonderful job. |

I hope CCP sort something out on this front. Tbh, leave game/disconnect while you are still in the vehicle, it should instantly dissolve back to your assets, being removed from the game.
Imagine this happening with a black ops HAV fully fitted with Proto stuff. This needs sorting before it get's out of hand.
Edit: How funny will that be for a full Dropship? There's your forced disembark :D |

If they can set it up so it works for game errors only then hat's fine. Otherwise like I said they will just pull the plug so their stats etc never get counted. |

Yeah, the mechanics are there to prevent people from rage-quitting to save their stuff. The game stability is the problem.
I know it was just bad luck, but I got kicked from an Ambush match while spawning the first (and currently only) time I tried to take out my non-militia suit (AUR stuff on it, too).
I guess I'll stick with passive skills for a while longer.
I also noticed that after getting kicked, I got the all suits invalid bug. I've also noticed that there is an extra "team" section in the comms while I'm bugged out with invalid suits. |

I was not trying to be a jerk, but a little bit of patience will go a long way. I agree he saved for a tank and that is a noble goal with the state of the beta, but I was just saying that maybe until he gets a response he should focus on other aspects of the build.
If I came off a little aggressive, I apologize. |

Thinking about how often I get dropped from battlefield / mag / cod, I think CCP can only do so much. ISP's, PSN, and my router CCP have no control over. I really think the Vehicle should be saved and removed from the game. Perhaps make it a module? |

For what it is worth, I believe the issue is on the user end. I haven't been disconnected ever in a mid match battle. If you happen to have packet loss or a weak connection, I believe this is what is causing the issue. |

I'm 20 meters from a fibre-optic feed, have a 50 millisecond ping, 12 Mbit/s down and .6 Mbit/S up, 0 packet loss and I never get disconnected from MAG.
I've been disconnected mid-match dozens of times in this build. |

I agree. There is nothing wrong on this end. I also run fiber optics connection with 18mbs. ping results: Packets lost=0 round trip=0ms
Also did check on PS 4.1mb down .6mb up |

Okay, what is up right there is a problem, round trip to where did you check? It still takes 2ms for my computer to round trip to my modem connected by a 1meter in length wire thru a router........fibre optics can't bend time.....
So, I have to ask are you using a D-link router?
I have not been booted out of match, without the entire game ending or a ps3 freeze, for the majority of this beta.
How do you have your ps3 set-up to use the router, Upnp, DMZ, ports open? If you are running anything else on your network... like bit torrents or other downloading uploading it will effect the ps3 connection.
