It does work. A medic will see a flashing needle when you press square.
In the release note, they did say that there is nothing happening on your screen but it does something for the medics ! |

It's not buggy, the button actually works just as it should. The problem is that either the logi around you is busy, unable to find your location of incapacitation, under fire and unable to get to you safely, or is a complete idiot who doesn't understand his/her role in the battlefield. Also, for everyone who reads this, for the love of all that is holy and good in this world DO NOT MASH THE HELP BUTTON. It only makes it much more difficult to find you because the icon will blink rather than be steady. I will say, however, that I feel that the point of revival should be at the location of the body, not the location of incapacitation. There have been many times where the body moves and I'm unable to revive the friendly. Along with that, the animation for revival seems more like I'm stabbing my ally repeatedly to death than an actual injection. I should probably make my own thread about all this stuff.  |
