I am sure you will enjoy your time in this very special Beta opportunity that will allow you to explore the revolutionary and new MMOFPS-- DUST 514.
Please post about your experiences here in this VERY active forum.
Also, assuming that many of you are hard -core players already familiar with how other game's forums tend to work, please take the few negative threads found here with a grain-of-salt.
The majority of players to be found in this community are thrilled with this game and are very excited about the direction and future for DUST 514.

And when you encounter bugs. Take a deep breath, take some notes, and report the bugs with out shouting. Remember this is a true beta not a glorified demo. |

Tip: First games will be painful you need to be patient till you get the hang of it, do not rage quit for being killed too much but keep coming back till you overcome your enemies.
Its not taint to do bad at the beginning we all been through it this game has steep learning cliff, welcome again and see you in the battlefield |

Everything they said ^^^ and a bump.
Welcome all, spend some time building your fittings, the STARTER ones aren't that great, buy a bunch of Militia modules and weapons and make your own. Don't use isk items to begin with or you'll be broke real quick and not be able to afford the skillbooks to improve weapon damages and shield recharge rates and armor amounts etc. etc. etc.
And do t be put off by the occasional freeze or being dumped out of matches, this is still an early stage in development, plenty more cooler stuff to come, but still a few bugs to iron out.

I have eight friends that are PS+ subscribers,and you know how many of them have played the beta? Not a single one of them.
I would be really curious to see in a week's time how many total PS+ subs actually download the beta,because this could be some serious trouble if we can't get the player base up.
Sony need to get their act together and start promoting this game on a broader scale,or we very well could have the same situation that we had with MAG,all over again. |

They have to download the game which takes a while. I'd expect most PS+ users to download it tonight and then play it tomorrow. |

I most certainly have,but most of them are still hooked on crap-tacular BF3,and don't want to even try anything different.I'm at the point where I don't even care if they ever play or not,which sucks,because we use to have a load of fun playing MAG.I'm sure that we would have just as much,if not more fun playing Dust. |
