This has only happened to me when attempting to purchase Shield Management, but each time I confer I would like to purchase, I am disconnected from the servers and my isk is SPENT while the skill is never actually learned. I have lost 600k doing so. You have all been warned. |

I have not had this happen this build but it did happen last build where i would freeze while attempting to simultaneously purchase skill book then upgrade skill. |

Are you referring to buying a skill book? If so you might have the books in your possession, just not used/read yet.
you have to use/read the skillbooks before unlocking the new skill, which you then can level up normally. |

It has happened to me as well. Also the one where I bought the book, thought it was lost untill I checked my Assets. It was there. But I have also lost like 220k on skill books as well. Dont know what it could be. |

Go to the skill sheet, then press R2, find the skill on the list, learn it, voila! |
