STB players are good. Most of the organised groups in the game are pretty good.

Not sure why they needed to use an alt to try (and fail) to make themselves look good though.

LOL, I played against a bunch of STB guys yesterday and didn't lose once. In fact, any time I got an STB guy, I was enjoying the simplicity of the battle.

I wouldnt fear them considering the amount of backstabbing of thier real members they been doing lately cant belive they missed the spy... I mean sabatour agent. twice in a row now. I mean this agent is really good if he managed to get them to kick two legit members out so far.

Well then I doubt their group will survive long when the game officially comes out if they can't even deal with one spy.

Then again, they'll also have trouble recruiting people if they continue to force members to have a clan tag in their name. It's not a big deal in the beta, but I doubt many experienced players in the full game are going to want to have to make an alt just to play with them. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

The goons also post a lot of threads using alts, where they pretend to rant about how evil and crafty those bastard goons are.

I gotta say... STB lured my tank into a pretty awesome trap yesterday. It was on the old plataeus layout, I came up the middle road and when I hit the end of the map there was a ton of dudes with AV grenades. So I pushed through, losing most of my shield and turned along the road to get away from the grenades and the swarms... Only to see four STB dudes standing on the road I just turned onto.

Having only 5% shield in a shield tank at this point, with a booster on cooldown, I said to my squad... "Well ****, we're about to blow up." Imagine my surprise when a moment later all four STB are dead and my tank is merrily driving down the road.

I'm not going to say that STB is bad. Their trap was laid out in an excellent fashion. They do however need to stop by the hardware store, and pick up some finish.

i was agains 4 STB in a match, and it was like stb got 3 tanks and 1 dropship. BUT in the first minute we got all the letters and STB was staying in their tank and not taking the letter back, so we easly win this one.

Yeah you got a lot of kill but you still lose....

It took you 4 mins to blow up there tank gosh I think we got Ted's in about 30 seconds after he called it in. :)

STB is okay but the crew I run with has usually beat them of lately because we got tank busting down to a fine art.

Because the guy kept on running the entire match while on fire. There was the other time STB called in a tank and 3 tanks on the other team blew them to pieces, and STB had no effing idea how nor even tried to take out those three tanks. At least I got one of the three that round and only 1 of their guys got a kill more than me they where lower on the war point list and all of them had higher casualties than I did.

I say that's pretty good for a guy that has 0 SP spent into armor or weapons.

STB? Are they a Corp? I ran into a couple of STB guys in a Skirmish match. They had STB before their names like (STB- somethin somethin)

They spammed some grenades that blew up on contact on me and others. I started doing the same with my Militia Locus Grenades and they died pretty easily.

I killed them a few times more when they were capping objectives which I don't feel too guilty about since they started capping all the objectives almost right after the match began. Man, they sure do act fast.

Take the tank out of STB and no one would even know who they were.

i have to say ever since i figured this game out (load outs and keyboard and mouse and not to rush...etc) my k/d and overall success has been going up... since then ive played these guys and theyre not particularly phenominal... yes they work together which isnt unusual in this game... but they are easily avoided or even killed if u know how to sneak around a bit and u have anything other than base armour and stats... i also laugh cause they all pay for this stuff which is highly unneeded lol but anyways theyre good but not totally amazing elite holy **** style like optic in cod or something haha

You must not have played against me or GoD-NoVa last build, oh btw I only use isk gear.

Then again when the full game releases and they keep those requirements they will have little to no problem with spies since the "spy" will have to carry that tag forever... or they will have to start leveling.... all. Over. Again. Also they might have a time/sp quota with the corp. Before they are fully trusted.

Thus building loyalty to a corporation.

Ive caught a couple STB running both teams..... during a match.

And funny thing is they let themselves be killed by their friends on the other side....

Or follow a group of teammates around and give out their positions with gunfire or suicide vehicle thefts into tanks or out of bounds areas... LMAO


im not saying all of them but its the same 2 - 6 people doing... no names will be mentioned... but if this is already happening during the beta... can't wait for Full Release methods of gameplay stupidity.

I suggest that the ' respectable players ' of STB should maybe take a look at this as well..

We have many members in the beta so when a lot of us are on at once we will run at least 3-4 squads and q-sync games. Since we can't control if we get in on the same side let alone the same game we may end up facing each other. NONE of us let each other get kills we actually get very competitive against each other to make ourselves better. Facing good competition is the best way to get better at a game because we are able to learn from each other.

Next time you try to make false accusations about a corp that you're not even apart of try checking your facts first.

Agree with Carlos, we have a fierce rivalry in STB between the infantry fighters. When we get 4 on both sides, we kill the noobs and go hunting for each other. This is how you get better, you fight the best players.

This right here is what you do if you want to build up all of your members.
