We don't know the half about corps, alliances, wars, how contracts work, owning districts, SI, interaction with EVE, corp assets, and plenty of other things.

Most seem to be generating future structure around what we know from EVE and what we hear from CCP about their plans for DUST. Just my two cents, but the ones thinking long term now will be the ones with a leg up on the fight for EVE contracts. |

While I agree, I have seen a corp or two go beyond what we actually know about corps. |

You could look at it that way, but if there is one thing we have learnt in Eve, it's that fortune favours the prepared and the researched. You can hardly offer your contract services to a giant Eve corporation by saying: "I got a couple of mates who are good shooter players, we'll hook you up!" |

Actually, since the Corp system is up and running and has been for years in EvE, a LOT of that stuff is pretty well known. Maybe not the specifics, but things like Corp wallets/assets/alliances etc are already in heavy, heavy use by the EvE players and have been for years. As DUST is being linked into that system many of the long-term EvE players are going to be able to make some pretty accurate predictions about certain things. |

But yeah, Septem Mortuus pretty much beat me to the punch. DUST corps, if the players in them are involved with the EvE universe, already have a good idea of how things are going to run once DUST kicks off due to the two games being heavily related/integrated.
Also, it's a good thing if clans/corps are 'jumping the gun' and preparing early. EvE "rewards" the smart and prepared player, so naturally the same thing will go for your player run corp. |

They will all fall at launch anyways. I can guarantee you 100% of the ones that have publically recruited are infiltrated. It's just a competition now for which player plays their cards right and dogs them before the next player does (obtaining max ISK gain). Sorry guys. |
