EDIT: If you find one of these weapons, please post the stats in the same, or similar format to how I post mine. Then once it's confirmed in some way, I'll add it to the top here, so people can get a better feel for what's out there.
Browsing through my assets today, I noticed a sniper rifle with this in its description. Curious, I took a look at it.
"Thale's TAR-07 Sniper Rifle"
Damage: 325.6 HP
RoF: 50.0 RPM
Ammo: 25
Reload: 4.0s
Meta Lv: 10
CPU: 51
PG: 7
Now, let's compare that to the "best" sniper rifle on the market
'Horizon' Kaalakiota Sniper Rifle
Damage: 222.0 HP
RoF: 50.0 RPM
Ammo: 25
Reload: 4.0s
Meta Lv: 9
CPU: 93
PG: 14
So, I'm curious what everyone else has found, and how it stacks up to the stuff in the market. Please post your loots here (specifically weapons that say 'rare weapon salvaged from the battlefield) so we can get a better idea of what's floating around out there ^_^

Wow, that's pretty cool, is the TAR 07 a BPO?
I got a Missle launcher BPO for my LAV from battle salvage.
Nice concept, if you ask me...I like gettin some goodies after a raid.

Extremely Rare weapins are not BPO's I recommend that you do not use them at all, maybe try one out, leave the rest until you have an amazing dropsuit. |

The best I've gotten was a Surya (1.2mil ISK tank) from the match I just played.
Does anyone know what the salvage you get is based on? I mean I assume it comes from things destroyed/bodies of enemies, but does performing well (say, more war points than the average person in that match) give you a better chance at the good salvage? |

Are you saying regardless of how well you do, it's already decided what you'll be getting at the end of the match (that's what predefined sounds like to me)?
Also, it doesn't matter what items the other team is using in the match, then? |
