So, as I'm sure many of you know, the squad leader can mark a place for members of his squad to defend, rally, attack, or capture. As I'm sure more of you know, there are WP bonuses for squad members who go to these marked places. UNFORTUNATELY it would seem that when playing skirmish, the game mode that requires team-work most of all, I can't mark out A and tell my squad to capture it, or defend it. It's ridiculous really, since I CAN tell my squad mates to go capture that supply depot but I CAN'T tell them to go capture A. What's up with this? Fix nao CCP. |

Giving squad orders and telling my squad to cap a point works good for me. There are one or two times where giving the objective [whether it be attack, defend or cap] won't want to register, but it still works.
It'd be nice if I could give a capture order from the map instead of having to actually see the objective though. |

I agree with you Logi, I have had the same problem, it seems that the A, B, C points would be the areas that would warrant the ability to issue an attack or rally order, it would help the squad to be purposefully united in action. |

You can issue an attack/rally/defend order to the control points but only when you are right in front of them using the r2,r3 method. the map method does not work for this. Even though you can issue these commands it is still an issue since it is really difficult to issue an attack order while right next to a target.
Also I would really like it if attack orders automatically turned into defend orders after the point is captured. |

You can make squad orders from the map. Once in game press down on the d-pad. Use the left analog stick to select your target. Hold down x and move the left analog stick to select which order you want to give. This is really helpful in ambush as the squad leader can set a defend order on them self so the team knows where they are and gets points for being close to one another.
