its either select or start that brings up the map for OB and squad.

if you find your made squad leader, press the select( to open squad chat, also shows who is squad leader)
highlight another player, click on him , select make squad leader.

now he leads squad and you can rest in peace knowing if he messes up you get to scream back at him.

You tell him that but not how to drop an orbital strike? Idiot.

Open up the vehicle menu, and it's an option under dropships.

I have just gotten my mic to work and was so proud, now I could be able to speak and hear peoples, I was so looking forward to it. Suddenly a voice said drop the Orbital now.... ok I thought, sounds wise. I was running around and just said Hello hello can anyone hear me. Now in much more stronger woice Drop the Fuc... orbital or we going to lose. hmm Hello I wispered , YES I am talking to you, Drop the fu.... now or we going to fuc.. loose.

I was so sat out that I pushed all the button, a LAV come dropping, the gun in my hand changed all the time smalll gun large gun small gun...Grenades going off....

Then I asked how can drop a orbital, YOU DO IT NOW he shouted, I had to look over my shuoulder to see if he was there, hrrmm I said, I am just logged on to test my headsett, I was so proud. OOO MY good he said and we lost the match.

I am now just sitting in my livingroom shaking a little on my hands and drinking coffe , and get some comfort from my wife.

The "funniest" thing in this is that a NON squad leader seemed to think he should be leading the squad, dictating actions. Fair enough to remind someone that they have the ability if it sits unused, but in combat you never scream at the leader, it is noob mistake #1.

Am I wrong in assuming that in a corp I would only hear corp mates... :)

to be fair, the squad leader wasn't really doing much

because squad leader was not told he is leader. he has to mess around with a few silly button/key presses to find out.

now if your in a match line showing all players on your side, maybe it would be easy to have a denotation beside the squad leaders, so you can see in the war room who is the SL.
little things like this will make a huge difference.

yup FC/SL is boss you talk when told you keep gob shut and listen. he keeps your arze alive and the match in hand.
i can see a clash here when FPS'ers jump onto an eve FC's toes.
if it was me my order would have been.

FC: Primary " blue player "

squad: you sure FC.

FC: yes KILL HIM, Primary is * blue player*

if it was in eve, you would be ejected from gang and left alone, to make you own way back.
FC would not think twice to dump a loud mouth or just place you under a squad voice block

Attention DEVS! easy fix here! put on hud a rank symbol so if you are squad leader or platoon leader (yes they are coming) or FC errr umm Im a squid so I don't know battle feild commander so BFC
