I like the extra turning that can be done, but yeah dropships need some love. Z rotation (spinning like a top) needs to be improved, and it floats too easily. I'd prefer to pulse the jets to keep aloft.. it helps a ton when landing not to fight the air-baloon feel of it.
also, we need to be able to barrel roll. ;) if the upward thrust would be effective at keeping the ship aloft when inverted, that would help. helicopters can do it, why not a highly advanced "helicopter"

Its such a let down to fly these things now; half the time I almost barrel roll or nick a building and pop there goes my shields. |

I don't like the fact that:
1. There doesn't seem to be any way to slow them down and hover in place
2. If I get hit by swarms while descending it often forces my nose straight down and I can't for life of me recover and right the ship.
I think if I get used to the above things I'll be ok, unfortunately now my boats cost me 800k a piece and i'm beginning to hemorrhage money so practicing is quite costly. |

HAHA, No need for men to jump on target we just barrel roll and throw them out the OPEN FUSELAGE SHIPS lol.

I can fly them almost just fine. Just keep practicing. Here are some things you can still do plus more:
- Hover in place
- Fly while having you ship tilted verticly for a while
- Barrel roll
- Fly forward
- Fly backward
- Fly like a madman while not damaging anything.
- Quickly stop your dropship from crashing into stuff including the ground
The only problem I have is that I can't fly as fast and change my trajectory as quickly as I used to. |

The only problem I have is that I can't fly as fast and change my trajectory as quickly as I used to.
Any tips on how you do that? When I tried the moment I took off I went nose down almost crashed into a hill then when I tried to pull up I went vertical, tried turning and I started rolling on my side then dropping like a stone, all in all I just didn't do well I was a sitting duck for swarm launchers >_< I feel like I'm in Soviet Russia where ship flies me D= |
