There are often many and endless discussions about what a player should and could and would pay for in a free game.
One area of the game that could be easily monetized is the merc quarters.
Of course this gets into Linden /Playstation Home territory but it seems like you could have an endless number of options for collectors to spend money (other than in game ISK) on without much complaining. Like chairs you can sit in, Quafe to quaff (as long as it is a non alcoholic bev. Pegi 16) pictures for the walls, trophies, even larger merc quarters, a trophy case, display cases for you scrap, or the heads of your vanquished foes, a suit dummy (think of the time honored tradition of a suit of armor standing on display) that has your favorite load-out, hats that look like TItans, so on.
The more Spartan players amongst us can rough it by bunking in in the dorms. Or what have you. Using public access points or the neocom for the marketplace, fittings, etc. |

That cracked me up. We have an acronym in the Navy called PTS (Perform To Serve). It's the Navy's way of saying 'Move up or move out'.

Everybody's talking about UVT but we're putting aside the real issue here..
Where are the hats? we need hats, pointy hats, round hats, silly hats, birthday hats, airship hats, think of the possibilities.
