After playing a few match I got a feel for the game and the first things aside from the obviuos load screen of death and lagginess, is first grenades they dont throw very well and they dont bounce/ ricochet very well I think the mechanocs for thworing them should be finer and be looked at, if theres a skill required for it this is one of those that shouldnt be affect by a slillbook. The second thing I noticed the games speed was dailed back, like its slower or something. Increase the speed by 25% for walking around running and sprinting. And the next biggest issue was the turn speed for suits in general I think it should be re caculated a heavy hmg needs to be able to keep up at a turning pace so bump all the turn speeds up except for the scout.
So those mechanics are the most obvious that need attending to it but hit detection and lag(i asume this has soming to do with server change) if its not caused by the server change and its because of the shiny new grahpics jump on that.
I think everyone can agree on these points grenades feel like 5pounds of flour when thrown, the movement speed is a littleslow(if the percieved movement speed is because of lag increase it by 10% or around in there) the turn speed for all suits except scout need to be looked at regardless of control method.
thats a little more clear cut tune in once I figure out whats up with the guns in general ill add to this |

Was doing a bit more testing and I think everything is starting to get smooth out even checked out my swarm and forge builds some and I was happy with how the forge turned out but thats just me I missed the infintry guy yay. A thingbwith the forge the heavy turn speed and strafing speed would go along way to making it a better AV killer one of those CCP going to need to look at and of they do oncrease it thry should raise it too much maybe 7 to 10% more ahould do. The other thing well av people with forge fit some cardic boosters and get to jogging.
As for vehicles even though one owned me this last match I say they are well and good and should not have any stat changes, once AV mines and explosive experts start coming out along with webifer andbother Ewar stuff we should have them pretty well balanced. But remember tank drivers once true corp coordination and the AV and e war stuff starts poping tanks like fish in a barrel you will not be underpowered.
You know its pretty enteresting to recognize someone from the forums. Fun gan bad furry even if your tank destroyed both my AV builds.
Check out this post in a hour or two and I should have something about gun movement amd see how much is human error and how much is faulty mechanics |

Alright it was just me getting to use to the aim assist and to relient on creodron, lol yeah im awful but o got my kill ratio back up and figured out how to aim atleast with a assaul. however I noticed when I aimed my sniper at a guy dead on the dot remained blue however if I aaimed at the top right of his hitbox it would turnbred but dead on was coming up as nothing might want to look into this.
I had a great well balnced game forge guns minded them selfs got some sniper shots and the new map is great however listining over the coms I noted that dropships hav fallen out of favor heavly. Now I hated dropship crushing before and hate how people treated dropships but I would like to bring up a new argumnet over the issue of air and anti air. Dropsgip are mobile transport vehicle not anti ground or air vehicles thats what gunship and fighters are for. Dropships are meant to transport soldier to yhe battlefield, amd because of them carring aoft targets I think all dropships should have a hp boost to show that they are meant to transport troops and this armor buff should be able to withstand heavy blows. once gunships with their anti ground capabilitys amd fighter with thwir anti air abilitys are add I think dropships were get their proper role on the battlefield but to do that they need a armor buff to safely move troops to and from the battlefield.
On this same note if APC are add they should be heavly armored as much as a tank, dropships being airboirne transport while maybe not as much as a tank should be able to take blows properly.
And more anti air stuff should be added |

So after play with the assault a bit more, I decided that there is something off with the guns super compensating suits the guns have no kick no up down jerkyness or left right swing. I think all assault should have a bit more kick to them. In geenral make them feel like real guns. Any one agree with this?
last build I made a post arguing about hipfire and ADS and well I noticed an improvement this build dont know if its cause of aim assist or aomething or an actaul dev fix, but ads is alot better how ever I stand by a new line of reasonong to argue for both of them. There should be skills to improve one or the other so players can specilize in one or the other hipfire I not sure yet but the walking speed of ADS could be nerfed and filled in with a skill book I know that.
All on all good job devs dust is looking up. |
