Okay ... I'l admit I'd rather if we could group a full team, but I think 6 is really the minimum we should be able to group up with.
4 people is great mind you, but its falling short of a really effective squad.
Was running people over left and right with a full 4 person squad, that actually was coordinated, but 6 is probably the sweet spot in Dust.
2 DropShips w/2 gunners each = 6
2 HAVs w/2 gunners each = 6
2 LAVs w/gunner + passenger = 6
4 people in a squad is just 2 people too short to hit full effectiveness and ends up.
Likewise for infantry combat, 6 opens up a lot of possibilities in squad composition that 4 precludes. |

Hey, I'm fine with 4 people in a squad. Now if I could get into a game with them without freezing, crashing, or stalling would be better than uping the squad size. |

it does feel a bit limited, but its my guess that squad size for High Sec matches may be limited to 4 to prevent entire corps deploying against unsuspecting randoms, so I'm not too concerned about it. When you get into Corporation battles in Low and Null, I imagine you'll be able to deploy up to whatever you want within the player limit of the battle. |

Agreed. 6 sounds great and all, but right now I can only play flying solo. Game just won't load with a squad right now. |
