Developers, et al.:
Just a heads up GÇö I downloaded and installed the newest beta client and tested several matches. But, during a third match-making process, the beta locked up. I attempted to quit out of the beta, at which point my PS3 gave me a black screen. I couldn't even power the unit down, it was so bad. I had to unplug it from the wall socket.
I know this is a beta and all, but, I'm sorry, this isn't good for my PS3, and it happens more often than that "very rare" statement you make in the known issues listing when you start the beta client.
I can't afford to have a beta brick my PS3, so please fix this sooner, rather than later. |

same happends on my side but i got the problem on the loading screen. And then restore the data system cause i could shut it down properly. |

K+M = awesome
Freeze while playing = not so awesome
I had a freeze with precursor while playing a match. I had just taken a grenade to the face, was running behind a turret to hide/recuperate, then the game froze.
Had to unplug ps3 to get it back up. |

Everyone:
I don't know if it'll lift anyone's spirits, but from what I've read on some other threads, it looks like this particular issue might be fixed by this weekend. Something about the server transfer being in the 1/3 phase right now, and once it gets to the 2/3 phase, this will clear up.
If I'm wrong, however, please correct me. Nicely, would be preferable.  |

I've done this almost a dozen times since the update, and have resolved NOT to play the game until the update is patched, the game is relatively unplayable if you run such a major risk of losing all your rewards.
Not interested until fixed. |

I had this happen to me once. I thought it had fully frozen up, but in fact it was just operating slower than normal.
I had to hold down the power button for 25 seconds to get it to reset, if that's any help at all. I found this out as I was holding it, and got distracted by a conversation. |
