Nah, its not really for me. Tried it briefly a few times and got bored. It can be fun to go after them some times and crash a dropship into them or their ship,. Landing on top of a dropship on a tower can be fun aswell, it can descend into something kinda like a dropship rodeo! |

Omg I love doing this. If there is someone on top of those towers, I feel it is my duty to fly up and crush them. That would be the only time I find it acceptable to crush people with dropships. That and ram other dropships off of the towers. |

Strategically speaking, you really can't tempt some roles with such an impressive nest such as 6 towers overlooking the whole battlefield.
And, having admittedly spent a good amount of time up there AV sniping, there is a whole other battlefield up there, usually involving dropship squishing and trying to blow dropships up before they can squish you.. and then there's the PO'd infantry guy who comes up there in his proto gear and militia dropship that jumps out and melts your face.
You're missing out on a lot of fun down there on the ground. ;) |
