Drop Uplink: Tired of getting spawn camped? This little thingy will make you and your team mates spawn whereever you drop it on the map, buy lvl 1 (about 10K SP), this will per now give the ability to throw down 2 spawn points simultaneously wherever you like and it will give you a +15 each time a team member spawn. I start every attacking round with running around the defences and throwiing down these two, normally somewhere hidden between A and C, and B and C. And you may also consider the tactical advantages of having more spawn points, especially behind enemy lines. The notes for the next Beta build mentioned that spawn time will drop, its now a 20 seconds wait, lets hope it goes down to 10.
Nano Hives: So far I've only found them to be directly useful when lumbering around with a Swarm Launcher. It gives you and your team mates the ability to restock your ammo. Per now these doesn't give you your nades back but that will also be implemented in the next build. I've equipped all my loadouts with these simply because I have all my slots taken and I still have enough CPU/PG left to equip them. You will get a +10 each time a team mate gets ammo from them. Since I normally just run around with my 600 bullets SMG I don't really need it. I do throw them at the feets of friendlies when I run by. They get their ammo back and I get some "free skillpoints", whats there not to like? Again, watch out for team mates with AV weapons, they will be very happy to suddenly get their ammo restocked!

The "plus" number you see when these are used are not SP based. They are war points, and will have a different function in the game (that hasn't been released yet). |

Fair enough, you still get something, and almost free, my point still stands. And besides, more people with drop uplinks is a good thing no? |

Nanohives should be in every sniper's kit. Ammo resupply is crucial. |

Good tips, but I play Heavy, so I can only kill and hack for my SP. For everybody else, though, it is very good stuff and will certainly prevent the horrible phenomenon of your team being "redlined." |

War points add to your total SP at the end of the battle, and I think their is some kind of multiplier applied.
Otherwise only getting kills would get you SP. Which isn't the case at the moment. |

I had never used nanohives or mobile spawns, I didn't know you got points for other players using them. Is there anything else that offers bonuses like that? Will my Eryx ever get me bonus points when people spawn in it? |

Great advice KingBabar.
These have been part of my standard assault build since powerful tanks came along.
The first thin I do as A defender is plant a couple of uplinks before I get Creodroned in the head =p
The +10 and +15 warpoints will come in very handy when we need them to order in vehicles and installations later in the builds. |
