Salutations, With the wipe coming up SoonTM I know that some people (myself included), are going to roll a slightly different character build this time around and may be curious what the three different starter builds actually offer. Here is a breakdown of starting skills and gear for the three classes; Arbiter, Sentinel, and Enforcer. These all may change after the wipe, but should give you an idea about which one you may want to start with. (BPO = Blue Print Originals, does not need restocking).
Arbiter Starting Class: Gear: Militia Rifle (BPO), Militia Cardiac Regulator (BPO), Militia Shield Extender (BPO), Militia Shield Recharger (BPO), Militia Missile Launcher (BPO), Militia Locus Grenades (BPO), Sniper Rifle (50), Basic Shield Extender (50), Basic Shield Recharger (50). Skills: Drop Suit Command (1), Assault Rifle Operations (1), Weaponry (1), Scout Drop Suit (1), Sniper Rifle Operations (1), Engineering (2), Shield Operations (3), Shield Upgrades (1).
Enforcer Starting Class: Gear: Militia Rifle (BPO), Militia Cardiac Regulator (BPO), Militia Shield Extender (BPO), Militia Shield Recharger (BPO), Militia Missile Launcher (BPO), Militia Locus Grenades (BPO), Assault Rifle (50), Scrambler Pistol (50), Sleek AV Grenades (50), Nanohive (50). Sentinel Starting Class: Gear: Militia Rifle (BPO), Militia Cardiac Regulator (BPO), Militia Shield Extender (BPO), Militia Shield Recharger (BPO), Militia Missile Launcher (BPO), Militia Locus Grenades (BPO), Swarm Launcher (50), Basic Armor Plates (50), Basic Armor Repair (50). Skills: Drop Suit Command (1), Assault Rifle Operations (1), Weaponry (3), Heavy Drop Suit (1), Swarm Launcher Operations (1), Armor Upgrades (1), Mechanics (2), Repair Systems (1).
As you can see, Enforcers seem to be for Infantry based players and those that want to use a lot of the ground troop level equipment like Uplinks, Nanohives/Injectors, or Seniors.
Arbiters seem to have a great starting boost for those that plan on using a lot of shields or vehicles that will rely on heavy shield technology while using scout suits or sniper rifles.
Sentinels look to be very heavy on Armor for both use and repair. HAV specialist or the people who repair them look to be best suited here as well as those who wish to focus on Heavy dropsuits or Swarm Launchers.
All that being said, I think that my play style will not be any of these, but I will pick one as a GÇ£Jump offGÇ¥ point for my actual Hacker/Medic/Logistic character. Any thoughts on what you would like to rebuild after the wipe?
