I'm sure CCP will limit them enough to not make them a horrible addition, but also allows an advantage as well. |

From what we know, you have to use teamwork to attain the rigt to use them, for example take an objective with your whole Squad maybe. I also hope they are about 300 000 ISK to buy, so that Tank drivers don't get trolled hard. |

Requires warpoints and orbital resrouces, for the weakest orbital strike is probably going to come from the warbarge.
Stronger strikes are going to be comming from ships in the future.
Also any idea why a MCC would use XL guns for? |

It could be a typo on CCPs part, the guy is sitting in the warbarge calling in the strike, but the strike is performed by the MCCs XL guns? |

I bet the commander of the squad somehow activates the XL Turret on the MCC and he has control of it. So he basically rains hell down on any where he wants for a certain amount of time.
OR he probably just marks an area to be bombed. |
