It seems to me that the scout is very ineffective in fights. Not only are they extremely squishy but the sniper rifle itself seems entirely too inaccurate compared to an assault rifle or a heavy weapon. I've had several times where an enemy was standing completely still with my retical right on him and I would either miss or do no damage. Seems to me like the weapon should be stronger than that. Also the amount of ammo before a reload is just pitiful. Not only do the assault rifles and heavy guns seem to be more accurate but they shoot more bullets per reload and have a much higher rate of fire.
Also, for being a stealth class, it seems that the red arrow above the head pretty much renders you useless. Makes it extremely difficult to set up camp when everybody can see where you are. A good fix to this I would say is to make that arrow only show up once you've hit someone.
Just my two sense. If anyone has any input that would be great. Perhaps I am just missing something skill wise and the people I happen to be playing against have been doing the beta alot longer than I have. If that's so then please let me know. But if you're experiencing the same dissapointment with this class that I am then please also post that.
Overview: -Snipers don't do very much damage -Snipers are really innaccurate -Red arrow makes it difficult to find a good spot to cap some skulls. |

I don't think that you are playing the suit right. Currently most of the top ranked players are using a scout/smg combo and are owning. 40+ kills per match kind of owning.
If anything the scout is a bit too powerful. |

Can't talk about snipers on scouts myself as I only tried the most basic sniper rifles and found them lacking - but then I generally don't like them in games. I will say if you're trying to find a niche that the scout is good at try hit and run and fighting in close quarters in/around corners with a shotgun or breach shotgun - the speed and agility of a scout suit with the up front damage of a SG makes for a very nice combination. |

careful about sniper rifles, i use a type 2 assault dropsuit with a complex dmg mod, and a proto sniper rifle (forget the name) and most people go down in 1 shot for me, heavy 2 or 3. i personally have never had a problem with the sniper rifle but i am fully skilled up into sniping on my main character, as for the suit, i have played some very very fast moving scouts and they do very very well with a smg run and gun style. |

I think there fine as is, there built for speed and mobility. The thing with scout sniper is once you find that spot that speed and mobility are viod. However their smaller signal profil and small hit box make them great for sniping. |

Ive changed my above opinion they need a small boost to speed and CPU/PG and something else. |
