Has anyone else noticed that the small prototype rail gun does less damage than the prototype small missile launcher? I was thinking of putting one onto my LLV but see no point now since it wouldn't improve my AV capabilities. Is there something that I'm missing? |

Yeah, small missile launchers need to get looked at, as of now they are the only small turret that people fit on their vehicles |

maybe because railgun is an instant hit compared to a missle that takes longer to hit target is supposed to be the advantage to the railgun. ..?
i was considering to equip my dropship with a small rail gun on one side and a missle on the other today so i could have one gunner as av , but it might not be possible, or just worthless..

I'm going to post a feedback/requst message to CCP about boosting the small railgun's power. If we get enough comments in support/likes perhaps they'll make a last minute change to the next build to fix this issue.

the railgun is useless until we get grouping cause the randoms are jumping out of any kind of vehicle that has fited a small railgun. The advantage of the railgun is that you can shot accurate and faster as missile launchers. |

No, no, the small railgun definitely has it's use. It's the perfect fit on an LAV to force people to go out to cap objectives. |

Railguns are supposed to be the highest direct damage turret, the fact missiles out perform it in this aspect is really broken. |

compressed small railguns seem slightly more fair but strangely when i tested the small rail gun it would have killed the enemy omnikuma in about 8, maby more, hits even though it says it does about 450 damage per hit |
