A bunch of people have been asking that very question (myself included on the twitter and G+ pages). The answer.... (it's a good one)
YOU CAN'T..... Those sneaky devils.
The only way to get a screenshot is if your PS3 is routed through a capture card or something of that sort. otherwise, there is no way to take a picture. |

True but there are very few of those games anymore. I can think of maybe 2 or 3 off the top of my head.. MW3 being one of them
The developers have to turn the option on. Sony put it there, but left it to the developers to turn it on |

Unless of course you're taking a picture of a 1080p HD screen with a phone that has a 5-10 megapixle camera :) Pretty common nowadays. |

On some games you can take a picture via the XMB iirc. It doesn't work on this one, however plugging in a keyboard and hitting print screen might do it (works on other games). |

As long as you're emailing them to support only, and not uploading them anywhere, there is no issue. I believe it was Unicorn that said you can send screen to support on one of the tech support threads.. Let me go dig it up.
