Yeah, I know its a little late in the beta and the weekends up, but hey better late than never. But, I found out I should have joined the beta sooner because everyone is stacked with equipment and weapons and im rolling around with whatever the beta starts you with. What would be the easiest dropsuit to use as a new player(Assault, Scout, Logistics, or Heavy).
EDIT: I just realized I messed up my own characters name. |

Assault :) I recommend this as I had my GF test out all 4 suits and she definitely ran best with the Assault suit and Assault Rifle. But don't worry. Maybe we will all be wiped next thursday and a new build will come out. |

Well, If that happens, then I won't need to worry about people with better stuff. Just would have to battle guys with more experience which will still be hard to do. |

There's going to be at least one more SP and ISK reset before launch, and another reset at launch, so no, you're definitely not late :)
As for dropsuits, assault does seem to be the jack of all trades, master of none, as it should be. Just don't forget the skills that doesn't seem to be very important, like electronics and engineering to get PG, CPU and HP buffs to make a truly great soldier. |

If you like to shoot people, use assault. If you find out you suck at shooting in this game support your team-mates with Logistics. If you like to not die but not get very many kills, go heavy. If you like to troll people with REs, or snipe, go scout. THE END |

Nice explanation, except some Heavies can get alot of kills, but that mainly happens in Ambush. But everything else was a good explanation. |

Heavies get loads of kills. We're not very fast but I get my shares of kills in the game. Usually in the top 3 of every match I play, accompanied by a win as well.
EDIT: and as for the post above... I only ever play Skirmish and I usually get around 20+ kills per game... to me that's a lot and satisfying |
